Responsibilities:

• Provide post-operative care to patients recovering from surgery, monitoring vital signs and assessing recovery progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and recovery processes.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
