Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Relocation Assistance

Job Description

We seek a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead and develop multidisciplinary skin & wound care teams in Eugene and Roseburg.

**Responsibilities:**

Provide high-quality wound care, including assessments, dressings, and minor procedures

Lead care teams, travel for wound rounds and house calls

Collaborate with medical leadership virtually, interpret diagnostics, and develop treatment plans

Track healing progress and document in EMR

Ensure patient-centered care based on clinical guidelines

**Requirements:**

Board certification, valid license, DEA license

1-2 years wound care/surgical experience preferred

Reliable transportation, strong communication, dependable, professional attitude

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

**Details:**
Salary: $120K-$160K; Full-time, Monday-Friday, 6am-3pm; No nights/weekends
