Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient behavioral health team, providing client-centered services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. This new position, starting in February 2026, requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field, and a current Iowa license (LMHC, LISW, or LMFT). Candidates must have strong communication skills, customer service, and BLS certification within six months.

Essential duties include delivering ethical mental health services, building trusting rapport, diagnosing and treating disorders, creating personalized treatment plans, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining accurate documentation. Experience with Epic EHR is preferred.
