Job Description

Community Health is a primary care network offering comprehensive programs including wellness, dental, behavioral health, and pediatric services across Rutland and southern Addison counties.

We are seeking a Master’s Level Licensed Counselor to provide mental health treatment to children and adults in the Southern-Central Vermont area.

The role involves individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based techniques, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and facilitating referrals.

Required qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services, along with a valid license (LMHC, LADC, LICSW, LMFT). The ideal candidate demonstrates empathy, strong communication skills, and a client-centered approach.
