The Mental Health Therapist role involves
Assessing, treating, and collaborating with clients, families, and community agencies Functioning as part of a medically integrated care team with weekly supervision Delivering a minimum number of client visits per week Conducting mental health assessments and developing care plans Supporting client engagement by connecting with care team members for comprehensive wellness Maintaining clear documentation and participating in team meetings and supervision Providing evidence-based clinical treatment and consulting with colleagues Engaging in training and professional development activities This full-time position offers benefits such as 401(k) matching, health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and relocation assistance.
