Job Description
We are hiring a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Position
Evaluates, diagnoses, and provides therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication needs, primarily in educational settings, with support in residential environments. The role involves collaboration with families, educators, and mental health professionals, emphasizing patient-centered, trauma-informed approaches for clients with behavioral and mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities
– Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
– Deliver individualized therapy in individual and group formats
– Collaborate with teams and provide training to staff and families
– Document progress and contribute to care plans and IEPs
– Participate in team meetings and professional development
Qualifications
– Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
– Current state licensure; CCC-SLP preferred
– Strong assessment and communication skills
– Ability to work effectively with diverse teams
Preferred/Bonus
– Experience with AAC systems and clients with mental health needs
Other Details
– Salary: $75,000-$85,000
– Flexible schedule, typical 9am-5pm Mon-Fri
