Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate therapist to join our Level 1 Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility serving boys aged 10-15.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy per treatment plans.
• Conduct clinical assessments and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Collaborate with staff, medical professionals, and community partners to ensure care continuity.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with standards.
• Create a safe, therapeutic, and strengths-based environment for residents.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Kentucky licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) or eligible for supervision.
• Experience with children/adolescents preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and crisis skills.
• Ability to conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Experience in group therapy and fostering supportive environments.
