Job Description

We are seeking a Nursing Supervisor – Registered Nurse (RN) for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Madison, WI. This full-time night shift position involves three 12-hour shifts with an every other weekend rotation, offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

The role involves

  • directing nursing staff, providing patient care oversight, and ensuring quality standards,
  • collaborating for seamless care continuity,
  • documenting using EPIC,
  • interpreting assessment data,
  • transcribing medical orders,
    • and
  • promoting quality improvement.

    • Qualifications include a valid RN license, BLS certification, and ACLS certification within 6 months. Preferred experience includes

  • 2+ years as an RN,
  • 1+ year in a supervisory role,
    • and
  • CRRN certification.
