Job Description

This full-time Recreational Therapist position involves providing comprehensive recreational therapy services in an inpatient psychiatric setting.

  • Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Maintain medical records and ensure patient safety while promoting physical health.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
  • Participate in staff meetings, adhere to facility policies, and supervise students and volunteers.
  • Require a Bachelor’s degree in recreation therapy, certification (CTRS), and training in Crisis Prevention Intervention within 30 days of hire.
