As part of the team, you’ll:

Deliver individual and group therapy for behavioral health and substance use challenges.

Develop and manage treatment plans from intake to discharge.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust care.

Support caregivers in managing addiction-related behaviors.

Provide services in-person and via telehealth across facilities.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, active licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT), experience with substance use disorders, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.
