Adolescent Outpatient Therapist

Job Description

Responsible for comprehensive mental health assessments and crisis intervention for individuals affected by mental illness, behavioral issues, or substance abuse, assisting with admissions, referrals, and treatment planning.

Performs psychosocial evaluations, conducts individual and group therapy, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate care.

Maintains documentation, manages safety protocols, and advocates for patients in the community.

Contributes to a safe, collaborative environment while demonstrating integrity, compassion, and professionalism.

Requires a Master’s degree in a mental health field, licensure, CPR certification, and at least two years of supervised clinical experience.
