Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) passionate about compassionate, high-touch wound care. This full-time, salaried role involves providing in-home wound treatment with no on-call, weekends, evenings, or holidays.
**Key responsibilities include:**
Assessing patient health and developing individualized care plans Performing advanced treatments and managing medications Educating patients, families, and healthcare teams Traveling locally to patient homes (reimbursed mileage) **Qualifications:**
Graduate of accredited NP or PA program At least 1 year of experience; wound care experience preferred Board certification and valid state licensure Ability to travel 75% of the time **Benefits include:**
