Job Description

Join a dedicated NICU team at a Level III facility in Bend, Oregon, as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).

Lead neonatal resuscitations at birth and provide expert care for both term and preterm infants.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, nurses, and respiratory therapists.

Utilize advanced skills in resuscitation, ventilator management, and neonatal transport.

Engage in continuous learning, leadership, and quality improvement initiatives.

Work 24/7 coverage with flexible day and night shifts, no formal call required.

Require certification, at least 2 years NICU experience, and strong procedural skills.
