Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive primary care across all ages in a coastal community.

Conduct physical exams and health assessments.

Develop personalized care plans and interpret diagnostic tests.

Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.

Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.

Requirements include an unrestricted Oregon NP and DEA license, strong communication skills, and team collaboration abilities.
