Seeking a dedicated Nephrology Nurse Practitioner to join a team providing comprehensive kidney care in inpatient, outpatient, and dialysis settings.

  • Conduct health assessments, physical exams, and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and manage evidence-based treatment plans for kidney disorders.
  • Prescribe medications and coordinate care for dialysis and transplant patients.
  • Educate patients and families on disease management and lifestyle modifications.
  • Communicate effectively with the care team and ensure accurate documentation in EHR.

    • Qualifications include an active Ohio NP license, national certification, and strong critical thinking skills. This full-time role offers a salary range of $90,000-$150,000, flexible schedule, and paid time off. In-person work located near Mansfield, OH, is preferred.
