Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team, providing high-quality patient care across diverse populations.
Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and diagnose both acute and chronic conditions, including prescribing medications. Offer patient education on health management and disease prevention. Maintain accurate medical documentation in line with HIPAA regulations and utilize EMR/EHR systems effectively. Manage complex cases, including geriatrics and pediatrics, with proficiency in medical terminology and documentation. Knowledge of NCQA standards and experience treating ADD/ADHD and Anxiety are preferred. This full-time role offers $50-$60/hour, working 30-34 hours weekly, in an in-person setting.
