Job Description

We are seeking a passionate RN Nurse Manager to lead our Long Term Care community, a CMS 5-star rated facility recognized with a Bronze Quality Award.


  • Oversee nursing staff and CNAs, conduct performance evaluations, and handle disciplinary actions.
  • Plan and monitor resident care, collaborate with medical staff, and ensure care plans meet MDS standards.
  • Conduct resident assessments, review charts, and address quality assurance issues.
  • Participate in investigations, policy development, and coordinate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Manage admissions, emergency assessments, and maintain compliance with regulations.

    • Qualifications include RN licensure, ACLS certification, strong communication skills, and 1-3 years LTC experience (training provided if needed). Flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential. The role requires participation in on-call rotations and occasional weekend work.
