We are seeking a full-time bilingual therapist to provide outpatient mental health services in Liberal, KS.
Offer individual, family, and group therapy in English and Spanish. Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate electronic documentation and collaborate with team members. Participate in supervision and team meetings. Requirements: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy. Active Kansas licensure (LPC, LP, LMFT, or LMSW); independent licensure preferred. Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication skills. Compassionate, client-centered approach. Benefits: Competitive salary (~$75,000/year). Consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
