Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Medical Director to lead our women’s-only Licensed Behavioral Health Center in addiction and behavioral health care.

  • Provide clinical leadership, oversee medical services, and ensure regulatory compliance (NCQA, HIPAA).
  • Develop policies, supervise staff, and manage EMR/EHR systems integration.
  • Lead clinical research, quality assurance, and strategic healthcare initiatives.
  • Manage operations, budgeting, and resource allocation within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare standards and support staff training and development.

    • Ideal candidates have extensive leadership, managed care experience, regulatory knowledge, and strong project management skills.
    This full-time role offers $120k-$135k/year, relocation assistance, and an opportunity to innovate and grow within a supportive team.
