Seeking a full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) to provide psychosocial assessments, therapeutic counseling, and crisis intervention in Alexandria, IN.

Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure integrated, continuous care.

Maintain accurate documentation in EHR and utilize crisis intervention techniques.

Build connections with community resources and support smooth care transitions.

Work within a supportive, team-based environment serving underserved populations.
