  • Manage and coordinate patient care within assigned populations, ensuring effective communication with staff and physicians.
  • Conduct patient rounds, document visits, write orders, and schedule tests and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records and handle billing-related documentation.
  • Receive comprehensive training, shadowing, and oversight from medical leadership to support professional growth.
  • Require Nurse Practitioner license, DEA certification, and preferred experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, or hospital settings.
