Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time role at a community health center in Virginia.

Responsibilities include providing complex direct medical care, including acute and chronic conditions, mainly in a rural clinic setting and via telehealth across multiple locations.

Candidate must be licensed in Virginia, with autonomous practice preferred, and hold DEA, Medicare, and Medicaid credentials. Certification in BLS/CPR and ACLS required within 30 days of hire.
