Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to provide high-quality patient care, conduct assessments, and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized care plans.

Administer medications, monitor for side effects, and perform lab tests to support diagnosis and treatment.

Offer health coaching and patient education on conditions and treatments.

Coordinate care within interdisciplinary teams across various settings.

Maintain accurate patient records within healthcare systems.

Skills include proficiency in laboratory procedures, patient assessment, medication administration, and strong communication and critical thinking abilities. Experience in substance use or mental health treatment is preferred.
