Job Description
We are seeking Master’s-level Clinicians to provide compassionate outpatient substance use treatment in a supportive environment with flexible scheduling and supervision for licensure.
Gain diverse experience working with clients in group and individual settings, including specialized groups like prevention, court services, and anger management. Conduct assessments, develop and revise treatment plans, collaborate with community partners, and ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulations. Build positive relationships with clients and families, work independently, and meet productivity goals. Qualifications include a Master’s degree or equivalent experience with supervised substance abuse counseling hours. Positions are part-time, with day and night shifts available, based in Danvers, MA, requiring in-person work and relocation prior to start. Benefits include health, dental, and paid time off. Salary ranges from $35,000 to $50,000 annually.
