Job Description

Seeking a Physician for a 20-bed facility in Rosebud, SD, starting in 1 month.

  • Requirements include a current CV with recent gaps explained, 3 references, U.S. Citizenship or Green Card, and recent work within 6 months.
  • Housing provided by the facility.
  • Privileging involves a 6-week timeline with health documentation (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus, PPD, Flu) and certifications (BLS, ACLS, ATLS), plus fingerprints/background check.
  • Board Certified or Eligible in ABEM; EMR: RPMS; License accepted from any U.S. state.
  • Average census of 0.8-0.9 patients/hour.
  • Worksite: 20-bed, 10-room facility with RN and MSA support.
  • Flexible schedule: 7 on/7 off or 14 on/14 off, shifts from 7am-7pm, 8am-8pm, or 7pm-7am, totaling 7-14 shifts/month.
  • Positions available as full-time, part-time, or contract; local contract preferred.
  • Must be able to commute to Rosebud, SD, and relocation is preferred before start date.
