Job Description

Seeking Board-Certified/Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate, full-time roles in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City.

  • Provide compassionate care in skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living settings.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain proper documentation.
  • Serve as Medical Director at one facility, with opportunities for additional directorships and bonuses.
  • Travel between facilities as needed with reliable transportation.
  • Minimal weekend and holiday call, no night shifts.

    • Qualifications include an MD/DO, active Colorado license or eligibility, and strong communication skills. Preferred experience in post-acute or hospitalist care.
