Job Description
This full-time position as a Medical Provider involves evaluating and treating Urgent Care patients with minor illnesses, acute exacerbations, and post-surgical care.
Responsibilities include performing office procedures, wellness and work-related physicals, managing patient care, interpreting diagnostic tests, documenting encounters, and billing appropriately.
The role requires responding to disaster codes, collaborating with staff and external providers, and ensuring quality assurance.
Qualifications include a valid license as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, current certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS), and at least two years of independent clinical experience in urgent, primary, or emergency care.
Key skills encompass strong diagnostic and multi-tasking abilities, effective communication, cultural sensitivity, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
Compensation starts at $100,000/year, with benefits like health insurance and employee discounts. The schedule is Monday to Friday, day shifts, with a 12-hour shift structure. Must be willing to commute and relocate to Idaho Falls, ID.
