Position Overview:
We seek a compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy for clients facing mental health and substance use challenges. The role involves developing personalized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring ethical documentation and crisis support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
- Work with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and provide crisis support.
- Offer psycho-education to clients and families.
- Follow best practices and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Licensed in Idaho (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or completing supervised clinical hours.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with mental health/substance use clients.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatments.
- Team-oriented, compassionate, and ethical.
