Job Description

Seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with at least 1 year of experience, preferably in wound care or related specialties, to deliver mobile wound care in patients’ homes.

Enjoy a flexible, day-shift schedule (Monday-Friday) with no on-call, evenings, weekends, or holidays, and travel locally (75%) with reimbursed mileage.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, performing advanced treatments, managing medications, and educating patients and staff.

Qualifications include state licensure, board certification, and wound care experience is a plus. The role offers competitive salary ($130,500–$200,000), benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement), and equipment/training support.
