Job Description

Join a rapidly growing mobile ENT care team serving Eugene, OR, and surrounding areas.

  • Provide bedside ENT care to 15-25 residents daily in skilled and assisted living facilities.
  • Travel locally, with initial training requiring out-of-state travel; mileage is reimbursed.
  • Work flexible hours, 2-3 days/week or full-time, with no night shifts or weekends unless desired.
  • Enjoy administrative support, clinical mentorship, and opportunities for CME credits.
  • Responsibilities include physical exams, prescribing treatments, developing patient management plans, and coordinating referrals.
  • Must hold an Oregon Nurse Practitioner license, have a valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel.
  • Training includes virtual sessions and in-person instruction with lead ENT physicians, compensated at $50/hour.
  • Compensation ranges from $78-$85/hour with year-end bonuses; part-time or full-time options available.
