Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Therapist for our outpatient psychiatric facility in Lake Charles, LA.

  • Provide assessments, screenings, individual therapy, and lead at least 4 psychotherapy groups daily.
  • Participate in bi-monthly treatment planning and discharge coordination.
  • Manage a caseload of 10-20 patients.
  • Must hold a Master’s Degree and be licensed in Louisiana (PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW preferred).
  • Work in a collaborative, family-like team environment with competitive pay and benefits.
  • Position requires in-person work at our Lake Charles location and relocation if necessary.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
