Job Description
We are seeking a Therapist for PT/FT positions at a detox and recovery facility.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting BioPsychoSocial assessments within 48 hours of admission
Collaborating with medical staff on patient needs and diagnostics
Providing therapeutic counseling and crisis intervention
Managing discharge planning and coordinating aftercare referrals
Supporting various recovery approaches and partnering with community providers
Maintaining patient and family communication and facilitating individual/family sessions
Requirements:
Active license or current supervision in good standing
Minimum of 2 years’ addiction treatment experience
Knowledge of crisis intervention, de-escalation, and insurance criteria
Strong customer service and computer skills (Microsoft proficient)
Team-focused, recovery-oriented mindset
