Job Description

The Mental Health Professional provides individual, family, couple, and group counseling within a multidisciplinary team, offering crisis intervention, intake, assessment, and follow-up services. They manage a caseload of 30-35 clients, develop coping and social-emotional skills, and deliver educational programs and community outreach. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, advocating for clients’ access to necessary services, and participating in staff meetings and training. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in social work or related field, current WA state licensure (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC), and a driver’s license. The role requires confidentiality, cultural sensitivity to tribal customs, and the ability to work in a quiet environment. This full-time position offers benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and relocation assistance, with a salary range of $79,000–$87,360 annually.
