Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for a leading interventional pain management practice with locations in Clifton Park and Queensbury.
Schedule: 9 days per pay period, working Mondays and every other Tuesday in Clifton Park, and Wednesday to Friday in Queensbury. Qualifications: Certified Nurse Practitioner license, DEA, willingness to travel 25%, neuro or ortho experience preferred but training provided. Responsibilities: Assess and manage patient care, perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, document in electronic records, perform procedures, and provide patient counseling. Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $140,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus of $3,000 at 6 months and 1 year (negotiable). Preferred experience: 1+ year in patient assessment and EHR use. Must be able to work in person and willing to travel 25%.
