Mental Health Therapist/Head of Service (HOS)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist/Head of Service at our Pomona STRTP, offering a $2500 sign-on bonus.

Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

Provide direct clinical services, including assessments, individual, group, and family therapy.

Coordinate care, monitor service quality, and ensure documentation meets standards.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in meetings, and handle crisis interventions.

Complete treatment plans, progress notes, and transition plans timely.

Participate in supervision, peer reviews, and quality improvement projects.

Qualifications include a California Board-licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC, one year of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license. The role requires strong organization, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
