Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to provide comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing therapy for geriatric patients.
Conduct assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Provide in-home therapy sessions for adult patients. Monitor progress and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals for holistic care. Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and treatments. Educate patients and families on communication strategies. Stay current with advancements in therapy techniques and related research. Skills include strong knowledge of speech therapy practices, effective communication, and a compassionate approach to improve patient outcomes.
This part-time role offers $50.36 – $60.65 hourly, with 2–10 hours weekly, in an in-person setting.
