Job Description
Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles. Compensation ranges from $41/hr to $50/hr based on experience and certification level. The SLP provides direct speech therapy rehab care to patients upon physician referral, adhering to all regulations and standards.
Requires MS or MA in speech therapy, ASHA certification (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), and current state licensure.
Preferred 1+ year experience in post-acute care; CPR certification required.
Responsibilities include establishing goals, charting, using therapy software, coordinating with patients and teams, and ensuring safety and confidentiality.
Must demonstrate professionalism, good judgment, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
Additional duties involve patient care planning, overseeing CFYs (if applicable), and participating in community health initiatives.
