Job Description
We are seeking licensed mental health professionals (LCSW, LPC, or LCP) licensed in Virginia to join our behavioral health center as full-time or part-time independent contractors.
Provide diagnostic evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based techniques. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care. Must have a Virginia or Maryland license in good standing with no malpractice claims. Willingness to see 12-30 clients weekly, with flexible scheduling and hybrid work options. Requires a minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience, strong diagnostic skills, and excellent communication.
