Nurse Manager

Job Description

The Nurse Manager (RN or LPN) oversees nursing staff in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating daily operations, conducting clinical rounds, developing care plans, overseeing medication and treatments, and maintaining compliance with safety and infection protocols. They participate in staff training, handle complex medical issues, and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications include an active NM RN or LPN license, at least 3 years of clinical experience (preferably in long-term care), prior leadership experience, strong communication skills, EMR experience (PointClickCare preferred), and BLS certification.
