Job Description

Seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join a small, faith-based substance abuse treatment center on a ranch, providing individualized care in a peaceful environment.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions and contribute to treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Qualifications include licensure or supervision in Oklahoma (LADC, LPC, LMFT, LBP, or LCSW), proficiency with standard software, and a valid driver’s license.
• Preferred experience in substance abuse counseling, equine therapy (EAGALA certified), insurance billing, and CARF compliance.
• Full-time, in-person role Monday–Friday, offering benefits such as paid holidays, medical and dental insurance, paid time off, and student loan forgiveness.
• Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually.
