Job Description
We are seeking two experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our growing healthcare network in a physician office setting.
Responsibilities include:
Assessing patients’ health, conducting examinations, and analyzing diagnostic data.
Diagnosing health conditions and developing collaborative treatment plans.
Implementing and evaluating interventions to improve patient outcomes.
Promoting patient self-care and adjusting care plans as needed.
Requirements:
MSN from an accredited school, with FNP or APRN preparation.
Current Indiana RN license, board certification, and NP authorization or eligibility.
Preferred 2+ years of experience in a physician office.
