Seeking experienced RN for night shifts on a 28-bed Med Surg/Telemetry floor with a focus on post-surgical care. This role offers a weekend option (7p-7a) with sign-on bonuses and requires recent Med Surg experience. The position emphasizes exemplary, patient-centered care through evidence-based practices, teamwork, and collaboration. Responsibilities include performing the nursing process, coordinating care, supporting performance improvement, and mentoring staff. Candidates must have an RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and at least 5 years of clinical experience. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in nursing.
