Job Description

Occupational Therapists are patient-focused professionals dedicated to improving individuals’ ability to function and enhance their lives.
They interpret referrals, perform evaluations, develop treatment and discharge plans, and document progress timely.
Responsibilities include delegating tasks, educating patients and families, transporting patients, and maintaining equipment.
Candidates must hold a current NM O.T. License, BLS, CPR certification, and meet physical demands.
Preferred experience is valued.
Physical activities involve lifting, standing, walking, and repetitive motions, often in environments with variable noise and conditions.
Sensory requirements include hearing alarms and verbal communication, with visual focus on objects and color distinction.
The role emphasizes safety, courtesy, effectiveness, and stewardship in daily practice.
