Job Summary: Provide advanced respiratory care, medication administration, and patient assessment in complex, critical care settings. Perform ventilator management, airway procedures, arterial blood gas analysis, and patient education. Participate in staff development, support system coordination, and promote quality and evidence-based practices.

Core Responsibilities: Deliver excellent patient care, ensure safety, collaborate with healthcare team, educate patients and staff, and support quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program, required certifications (NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS, ACLS), 0-2 years clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care, strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills.
