Join a compassionate, patient-centered team on a 28-bed Med Surg/Telemetry unit emphasizing Post Surgical care. As an RN, you will provide individualized, evidence-based, safe care through collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include performing nursing assessments, planning, and evaluation; partnering with patients and families; and supporting quality improvement initiatives. Requirements include a valid RN license, BLS certification, at least 2 years of direct patient care experience, strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
