Job Description

The Registered Nurse provides compassionate, individualized patient care while adhering to organizational values of Sacred Trust, Personal Reverence, Thoughtful Anticipation, Team Accountability, and Creative Vitality.
They must hold a valid nursing license issued by the State Board of Nursing of New Mexico or a multi-state license, and maintain BLS certification.
Responsibilities include maintaining clinical competency, following policies and procedures, promoting safety and quality improvement, building strong interpersonal relationships, demonstrating teamwork, and implementing service standards of Safety, Courtesy, Effectiveness, and Stewardship.
The role requires physical ability to perform duties such as lifting over 50 pounds, frequent walking, standing, and bending, and handling exposure to blood and bodily fluids. Special demands include managing interactions with potentially hostile patients and families, and balancing care for acutely ill patients.
