Job Description

The RN provides compassionate, individualized patient care using the nursing process, prioritizing safety and clinical competency. They build strong team relationships, follow policies, and support hospital values such as trust, reverence, and teamwork. Requirements include a current NM or multi-state license, BLS certification, and meeting life support standards. Responsibilities involve assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care, documenting accurately, and promoting safety and quality initiatives. They serve as role models, demonstrate professionalism, and support interdisciplinary collaboration. Physical demands include lifting over 50 pounds and exposure to blood and bodily fluids. Special demands involve managing challenging interactions with patients and families while maintaining a safe environment. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, emphasizing teamwork, growth, and adherence to ethical standards.
