Job Description

The Registered Nurse provides compassionate, individualized patient care using the nursing process, ensuring clinical competency and adherence to policies and safety standards.
They build effective relationships, demonstrate teamwork, and actively participate in department activities.
Required qualifications include a current nursing license in New Mexico or a multi-state license, BLS certification, and ongoing life support certifications.
Physical demands involve frequent walking, standing, lifting over 50 pounds, and exposure to blood and bodily fluids, meeting OSHA requirements.
Special demands include managing interactions with potentially aggressive patients and families while maintaining a safe, respectful environment.
