Occupational Therapists are patient-focused professionals dedicated to improving clients’ functional abilities to enhance their lives.

Required qualifications include a current NM O.T. License, BLS/CPR certification, and ability to meet physical demands. Preferred experience is advantageous.
Key duties involve interpreting referrals, conducting evaluations, developing treatment and discharge plans, delegating tasks, educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Physical demands may include lifting over 200 pounds, repetitive motions, and prolonged standing or walking. The work environment may involve exposure to various environmental conditions and sensory demands such as hearing alarms and distinguishing colors.
Employees must be able to see clearly, hear alarms and conversations, and operate in a dynamic, sometimes noisy setting.
