Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our rural health clinic, providing comprehensive primary and obstetric care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include outpatient care for all ages, managing chronic conditions, wellness exams, obstetric care, and patient education, with collaboration among staff and accurate documentation.

Qualifications: Illinois licensure or eligibility, certification from an accredited program, interest in family medicine and women’s health, strong communication skills, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
